PureVision Contact Lenses Product Details
PureVision silicone hydrogel contact lenses are manufactured by Bausch & Lomb are designed to bring you healthy eyes, outstanding all day and all night comfort, and excellent visual quality. PureVision are their first contact lenses made using a unique material called AerGel. AerGel is a silicone hydrogel matrix that is specially designed to allow almost natural levels of oxygen to move through the contact lens to reach your eye. In addition to increased oxygen flow PureVision contact lenses also help repel debris and prevent protein build through Bausch & Lomb Performa surface process. The performa surface process helps prevent the build up of two major causes of contact lens discomfort, lipid and protein build-up.
Bausch & Lomb designed the PureVision contact lenses with rounded edges to allow both the contact lens to more easily with your eye and allow tears to naturally flow under the contact lenses to help remove debris.
PureVision Contact Lenses were designed by Bausch & Lomb to be worn continuously (night and day) for a period or 30 days. The FDA has also approved PureVision contact lenses for up to 30 days of extended wear or daily wear. IMPORTANT: However, only your eye care professional can determine if the PureVision contact lenses are right for you and how long you can continuously wear them. It is important that you follow your eye care professional wearing instructions.
